Description
Description
Designed for lighter skiers, the Elan LYT 11 binding without brakes lightens the equipment while maintaining responsiveness on hard-packed snow and ice. The system incorporates a new heel piece that is 15% lighter, reducing the total weight of the device by approximately 100g compared to the previous model. This weight reduction facilitates smoother rotations and limits fatigue during standing phases or repeated walking sections.
Sole height adjustment is now handled by an automatic mechanism. This feature replaces the previous manual setup, allowing for immediate, intuitive, and repeatable positioning for compatible alpine and touring boots. The shipment includes the standard unbridled configuration, without installed brakes, a technical arrangement suitable for specific boot ranges or practices requiring direct mounting.
Ideal for users seeking an optimal compromise between lightness and reliability, the Elan LYT 11 binding meets recognized release standards in mountain skiing. To ensure secure engagement and maintain optimal validity, verify compatibility with your DIN sole and always entrust the mounting to a qualified sports technician.
