Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When refunding, shipping costs will not be refunded. If you had free shipping a fee of $12 will be retained to cover shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous products, flammable liquids or gases. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item

.Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is toreturn the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@liquidasport.com. Liquida Sport reserves the right to immediately cancel an order if an “obvious” pricing error occurs.
