Returns or exchanges of merchandise are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order, except in the case of one of the exceptions listed above. Merchandise must be in new condition in its original packaging.
**Before initiating a return for a purchase made online, you must contact us by email or telephone to obtain authorization from us and details of the procedure to follow.
In the event of an error on our part, the item will be returned at our expense. For a return or exchange, all applicable shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
